At Pinehills Golf Club, we are committed to getting you out of the clubhouse and onto the courses as smoothly as possible. To ensure a seamless experience for every golfer, we have transitioned to an Online Booking Policy.
By making our reservations online only, we’re able to provide you with a faster, more transparent, and highly accurate booking process.

  1. Booking Your Round
    • Regular Reservations: All tee times must be booked online. This allows you to see all available slots in real-time, view rates, and receive instant confirmation emails upon booking.
    • Booking Window: Tee times can be booked up to 10 days in advance starting at midnight.
    • Same-Day Play: For those spontaneous rounds, we welcome phone-in tee times for same day play only. Please call the Golf Shop at 5082093000 Ext. 2 to check last-minute availability.

We’ve implemented this system to respect your time and improve our service:

    • Accuracy: By managing your own reservation, you ensure that player counts and contact details are 100% correct. This eliminates manual entry errors and ensures you receive important course updates or weather alerts.
    • 24/7 Access: Book your next round whenever it’s convenient for you—even when the Golf Shop is closed.
  3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
To ensure that all members of our golfing community have a fair chance to play:

Testamonials

“Played both courses this past weekend. Traveling from Florida. We loved both courses. Both are in incredible shape and everyone we encountered from the pro shop, cart attendants and Marshalls could not been nicer to a bunch Florida boys. I highly recommend this place. Also food at the grill was very good as well. 5 stars!”

– Michael G

“I played the Nicklaus Course today and it was magical. The fairways are nice and wide which allows you to rip driver often, there is a lot of risk and reward, if you have to skill to go for the greens. If you are in the area, play this course.”

– Kelly M

“Played the Jones last week and the Nicklaus this week. The layouts are terrific, challenging but at the same time playable. The greens are great, smooth and true. I see myself returning many many times.”

– Kevin M

“Absolute pristine course! When they say “be a member for a day” as their slogan they aren’t lying! Every single employee couldn’t be more nice or helpful! Look forward to going back soon!.”

– Aaron M

“By far the best public golf course in Mass! Conditions are phenomenal and the staff are friendly and helpful! A great experience!”
